Pricing correction
Include the provider, model, billing channel, region, official source URL, date observed and the exact value that appears wrong. Screenshots are useful only when they do not reveal private account information.
Privacy request
State the request and the email address needed for communication. Because most planner data is stored in your browser, clearing site data may already remove it. A reasonable identity check may be required before acting on server-side information.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed according to urgency and available capacity. RenderMeter does not promise an immediate response, but material pricing, security and privacy issues receive priority.
